• Have a business idea that has been accepted by a designated organization
• Have the support of a designated organization
• Have the intention and ability to invest a minimum of $75,000 CAD in a qualifying business in Canada
• Have the intention and ability to create at least one full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
